    I have two different brands - one says Fenugreek, one says Fenugreek Seed. The pills are identical - I don't think there is a difference.

    P.S. Fenugreek works better if you take Blessed Thistle at the same time. :)

    ...and I just bought the one that says "Fenugreek" it was cheapest at the store I went to.

    LC told me fenugreek seed, which is what I've been buying, but it's so expensive at my health food store in comp to jusy fenugreek pills.
