I would, it can't hurt. Just don't make it too long. Have a small paragraph as to why you are interested in the job and 1 that highlights something special about you that would be great for the job.
If you do a cover letter, don't send 2 separate documents. Just C&P the cover letter before your resume on the document so that when they print it out, it's included. Otherwise, they will probably just skip over it. HTH and GL!
