...and that b*tch is crazy! But I feel like I got a really good workout. As I sit here in my chair, the soreness is getting worse by the minute. But I guess that's good.
ME! I'm on day 5. Well technically day 8 but I skipped 3 days in the middle oops! It gets better I promise. I've already started seeing results in my belly, and weightwise.

Each workout is about 20 minutes. Warmup, workout, cool down. And it's a workout! GOOD LUCK!!
