I tried to make RE appt but...

The two doctors I wanted to see?  One doesn't have any openings until OCTOBER and the other isn't even taking new patients now.  I know Cornell Hosp. is supposed to be one of the best in the country for IVF but that is insane!! 

After chatting a while with the person, I finally got an appt. in August with the doctor not seeing new patients because 1)  I agreed to drive 45 min. to her office in the suburbs instead of seeing her in NYC and 2) I have been through IVF already so they don't have to spend as much time explaining everything to me.  

It's just frustrating because it's just a 1st appt.  When you want a baby, you want a baby NOW, right?  Ok- taking deep breaths again.  At least I'll have time to lose weight and get in better shape in case I'm lucky enough to get pregnant, right?  Trying to see the bright side here.

3 IUI's and 2 IVF's later- Brady arrived. Born at 36 weeks after PUPPS and pre-e/HELLP.
IUI- BFN IVF #1 -BFP! Allie is our 2nd IVF baby. Born at 36 1/2 weeks after pre-e again

    That is frustrating.

    August will be here quickly. So I'm glad you got that worked out.

    Did you ask both docs. to let you know if there's a cancelation?

    See if they can put you on a cancellation list. That way you may be able to get in sooner.

    That is frustrating and such a long wait. Good for you to be able to get in sooner. I am going to Cornell for a 2nd opinion. I went for b/w in June and first availability was August. Good luck.
