  I was just looking down at my legs thinking how swollen they look.  I've been trying to watch my sodium intake, but not sure how much it is helping.

  I was kinda thinking that, too, before I talked to my o/b.  I've been trying to be so good about sodium since I swelled up so bad with my DS.  I've been drinking my daily water like a good girl...  I guess I just get puffy in my legs and waist.  I just don't know where to get compression socks- do I have to go to a special store or will motherhood have them?

  I noticed mine for the first time last night when I took off my sandals and could see the puffy stuff still sticking out in between where the straps were. Ugh.

  I am imagining compresion stockings will not be sexy with summer shorts....

  I chose to wear compression stockings already. I'm not too worried about swelling, but I already had fairly poor circulation in one of my feet. I worked in a hospital and they "prescribe" these stockings to a lot of patients at the hospital.

  I know our Rite Aid has some (not too many sizes in stock, but still some) and also a medical supply store would have them. I personally, would go with the T.E.D brand. That's the brand they used in my hospital and I'm using now. I would have preferred to only have knee high, but I got these from my aunt's friend for free (2 pairs) so I'm sticking with the freebies!
