I am so frustrated. I've had the SAME thing for bfast the past 4 days and my sugar has been all over the place.
7/12 - 107 - 3u
7/13 - 149 - 3u
7/14 - 132 - 3u
7/15 - 105 - took 30 min late - this was w/4 units
7/16 - 163!!!! This is w/4 units!
I know I should be eating something more substantial but I'm honestly not hungry bc lately I've been waking up really nauseous and thirsty and w/a sore throat so the carnation bfast drink is what I've been having bc its so quenching. I know this is all trial and error but GEEZ!!!

They are really good! Sugar free syrup still has some carbs in it, so I will do either just butter or some flavored cream cheese on them.
I've also had sugar free pancakes (from a mix found in the pancake aisle) that were decent- I did add a bit of cinnamon, a bit of nutmeg, and a splash of vanilla to them. They only have 6g net carbs and 15 g of protein! My numbers are always great with those.
I went through ths too and just found that I can no longer have PB in the AM
I had been eating the same freaking thing for ages with good numbers and then one day it was high and continued to be until I switched to another breakfast.
Now I eat 1 packet of Quaker low-sugar apples/cinnamon oatmeal made with fat free milk and my 1 cup of coffee. I've had great numbers since I started this - and the irony is that I was told NOT to have any dairy at breakfast.
Just goes to show that not everyone's body handles foods the same way. GL!
