Background: I work in an internist doctor's office lab. While we don't see very many women come through for pregnancy tests (thank goodness!), we do see them on occasion. Today, we had one come in. Coworker came and got the test and mentioned the lady was on fertility medication. I felt her pain. Another coworker said why would someone want to take fertility medication, why would you risk having multiple babies at once?! You should just adopt kids if you have to do that. That just really made me mad. For one, just because you are on fertility meds doesn't mean you're going to be the next Jon & Kate + 8. Second, some people just need a little help....why not try first before jumping into adoption? Ugh!! And this is coming from someone who has gotten pregnant twice and has aborted BOTH babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What is with some people?!?!
The pregnancy test was negative.

She's just clueless. I'm sure she'd feel like a major idiot if she knew she was in the company of someone with IF issues.
Stare daggers at the back of her head when she's not looking.
