For a lot of reasons we have delayed this step in our infertility journey but tomorrow is finally the day. I have the biggest pit in my stomach....

HSGs are wonderful -- they give you ANSWERS. If you have a blockage, now you know and can make decisions from there. If you don't, now you know and can make decisions from there. And sometimes they even help clear out a bit too, cleaning the pipes as my RE put it. For most people it doesn't hurt very much but for me it was horrible so don't be afraid to take a ton of drugs beforehand! As soon as it was over it was over though, and I went on with my day. I'll be thinking of you!!!

Please don't worry too much -- you'll really want to relax as much as possible. Don't discount the value of ibruprofen, but a relaxed body is even mroe impt. Of course, I know I have a hard time sleeping when something is on my mind too, so I understand. Again, best wishes!!!
