Mother's (or grandmother's) Intuition

I just told my grandmother at lunch today that we are pg again, and she said she already knew!  I looked at her dumbfounded, because how in the world could she know when I barely just found out??  Turns out she was talking to my mom on Saturday and they both thought I was pregnant. 

 Now, I had dinner with my mom on Friday but don't see her but a couple times a month since she lives 45 minutes away.  But I do go to my grandma's every day for lunch.  There's no way they could have known that I was pg - I don't really have any symptoms yet.  But there you go - on Saturday they decided I was probably pregnant again, before I even knew myself! 

 I had no clue my mom or grandma really knew me so well....  I am the only one with psychic mothers?

    That's too funny!

    It's actually my DAD who has the intuition.  Four days before we told my parents we were expecting (we told on my mom's birthday and had already wrapped her present that told them I was) my dad flat out asked me at dinner, "are you pregnant?"  I just looked shocked and said "no...do you want to give me a baby?".  And he said "oh weird, I could have sworn you were". And then he went back to eating.  I was about 7 weeks along at that point.

    Also, my dad is 7 for 7 on guessing genders.  When he found out I was pregnant, he said "I knew it!!  It's a boy".  He just KNOWS.  It's quite odd.  It's just for members of our family, though.  He can't do it to random people on the street.  

    He has guessed all three of his kids correctly as well as DD, my two nephews and this baby.  He is GOOD!

    my mom totally knew last time , too ! I'm a little nervous...I"m having dinner with them tonight , but am waiting until I tell DH :) this weekend!

    My DH is the one who told me that I was pregnant a few days before I tested.  How do people know this?

    My mom and grandma are totally the same way! They both knew before I even said anything to them, and I told my mom the day I got my bfp- with all of them too! It is crazy lol.

    My grandmother definitely had something like that going on.  When I was six years old, my family lived overseas and grandma lived in Pennsylvania.  My dad took me sledding one day and I cracked my head, HARD, on the ice.  Got a concussion.  My grandmother called my mom a few minutes after it happened and asked if I was OK.  My mom didn't know about the accident yet - she wasn't with us.  When we came home, she was totally astounded.

    I had two female friends ask me if I was pg the day before I found out, one of them even asked if I was sure after I told her no!

    The next day I tested... and they were right!
