How much did your wedding cost?

150 people right outside of dc in Northern VA, married at a church, reception at the Hilton, Honeymoon in Cancun...Total about 30-35k. All I have to say is if you have a choice between a band and a dj get the band (if it's in the budget) that was the best money we spent! Entertainment is priceless!

I wish I had kept a running tally but you end up getting swept away and it's forgotten...

I want to say our wedding cost $15,000. We flew in a pastor from Tennessee (my hubby's youth pastor), but had the church for free. We honeymooned for free at his family's beach cabin.

eeek. too much. I don't know the total but I know it was overbudget. 25k was budget. Did not include rings or honeymoon. It was not what I wanted in the end and I would much rather have had the money

DH and i scrimped and saved for 2 years for a very low budget wedding...my parents came in 6 months before and decided to take over everything. It was ridiculously extravagant with 600 guests, costs enought to buy a small house. If i could do it over i would have a small intimate backyard wedding.

Total was around $70,000 excluding the rings, rehearsal, and honeymoon. Kind of ridiculous for a one day show, but I have very generous parents and in-laws.
