I have a short torso. LO is both high and low if you ask me. Everyone thought I carried low until 25 weeks. Then I started having rib pain due to LO hanging out in my ribs. I think I am dropping now that I am 37 weeks.

You really can't determine the sex of a baby based off of how you are carrying. Its different for every person and every pregnancy.

Boy --

Ridiculously high until about 35w. Middle, I guess, ever since. I can finally breathe, but people say I still don't look like I have dropped and I'm right at 40.

I am having a girl, and I am carrying her pretty low. Sometimes it feels like she is in the middle, but I have a short torso so not sure if that has anything to do with how I am carrying her.
