induction scheduled (KU stuff mentioned - obviously)

for 1.5 hours from now.   I have to be back at 2pm.   

I've been there since 8am for my reg. appt and then NST.    NST sent me to L&D due to BP issues.    Bloodwork was done and apparently my uric acid is really high and I am a "ticking time bomb".      They wanted to start induction right away, but I talked them into letting me run home and grab a salad for lunch.   I haven't eaten anything yet today and am starving.

DH is on his way home and I am a bit freaked.

still only dilated to 1.5 (no change from last week other than my cervix is softer).    As of growth U/S last friday, baby weighs approx. 7 and a half pounds.    I lost another pound this week making my total gain from start to finish 13 lbs.

Can someone link this over on BOTB for me?    I'm starving and need to go make food now.   Wish me luck.
