Help with my girl name! Is it too popular?

I really like the name "Amelia" for our baby girl. My DH has actually grown to like it too. I worry that it might be too popular? I want a classic name that's not considered trendy, you know? Middle name options so far are:

Amelia Kate (just like it)

Amelia Sue (my middle name)

Amelia June (my gma #1)

Amelia Julienne (my gma #2)

Any thoughts?

i like Amelia June... i dont know if the name is too popular. i dont know anyone named Amelia but even if it was very popular if its a name you love you should use it. you gotta think that you'll be calling your LO the name you choose for the rest of your lives so you gotta love it!

Out of those, I like Amelia June best. They are all very pretty, though.

The only concern I'd have is that you said your DH has grown to like it. Did he not like it at first and has changed his mind?

I LOVE the name Amelia. It's not popular that I know of.

I don't love using nicknames as given names... so instead of Kate I'd use Kathryn and instead of Sue I'd use Suzanne.

The only one I don't like is Amelia Julienne.

Amelia is a beautiful name. I don't think it's insanely popular right now and if you both love it I would use it. I like Amelia June the best.

Amelia is a beautiful name. I think it's picked up speed since the release of the Princess Diaries but I wouldn't consider it overly popular.

I like Amelia June and Amelia Sue (this one because the name Sue is not used very much anymore and I think it is sweet).

Well, Amelia is our number 1 choice if we're having a girl.

I love it. Used to love Olivia, but it's become too popular. I like my kids have a semi-non-popular name. I don't care for my kids being one of 2 or more kids with the same name. So far we haven't had that problem. My boys are Dylan and Wyatt.

(Although there is this couple we know, they have the same last name as us and they are naming their son Wyatt...same middle name too. That makes me mad!!)

amelia appears to be quite popular on the bump. honestly, i don't get the appeal, but i don't think the name is horrible. i don't know anyone named amelia.
