Anyone doing Muffin Tin Monday tomorrow?

What're you doing?
I'm thinking of doing a stars theme. Star-shaped pasta, apple slices cut into stars and star-shaped bread. (Yes, I have a cookie cutter!)
I still haven't found any cute muffin tins, but I've found a couple of fun ice cube trays, so we might use those sometimes.

Ah, the stinking 6 muffin tins are impossible to find.
BUT yes, I will def do something. Lets go with the star theme b/c I also have a cookie cutter.
DH does not get it but did agree that it was easy. LOL

Basically, it's just serving creative lunch in a muffin tin to break up the monotony.
