I ordered something from a woman on spot's corner 3 weeks ago. I still haven't received it, and the tracking number shows it was never picked up from her home. I've e-mailed her twice and gotten no response. I opened a paypal dispute and have gotten no response. When do I escalate that to having paypal mediate and return the money to me?
Also, I purchased two items but b/c I didn't know how else to do it on Spot's, I paid separately for them. Is there a way to add the second item to the dispute even though it's a different transaction?
Last question, I promise... how do I view her feedback and leave her feedback? I tried searching for the name she posted the items under, but nothing came up. The listings aren't showing anymore, so I can't get it from there either...
Re: paypal- escalate a hyena cart dispute? and feedback?
definitely escalate the dispute now. if i remember correctly, isn't there a time limit for disputing transactions with paypal? 30 days maybe?
good luck!
It's just so frustrating, I've had such good experiences with Hyena Cart! I've gotten everything earlier than expected.
I opened a dispute in paypal where I'm supposed to try to work things out with the seller... but it's hard when the seller won't respond! I'll just go ahead and take it to the next step and have paypal deal with it. I'll open a second dispute on the other item, too.
As far as leaving feedback goes, go to the main hyenacart page. You'll see a drop down on the right that says "My HC". Click "Purchases". From there you can select a month or just select "All". The buttons to leave feedback are on the right. You can click on the listing as well to view feedback.
I'm sorry you've had such a time ... I hope it gets resolved soon!
I would also send a note to ask how you can see fb from a person when the listings are gone, you probably can't, but it might be somethig they will think about for the future.
I would definitely escalate both disputes and leaving neg fb. ?Also be sure to say why it is neg. ?It helps future potential customers so much more. ?

I left a negative feedback... I really wanted to avoid that if there was just some unforeseen circumstance that kept her from mailing it (sick kids, whatever), but two weeks with no communication is just too much. I was very detailed, I said that I never received the item and the tracking number didn't even show it was ever picked up. I tried to contact her 2 times before escalating to paypal dispute and leaving negative feedback. Hopefully people will look at it before purchasing anything, she has a few more items up for sale still!
I really wouldn't have cared if she said she couldn't ship it for awhile if she had just told me... it's not like the baby is here yet anyway!
