I do prenatal yoga and walking. Works out fine.. the stretching feels nice after a long day sitting at a desk.

Trying again..
I started out doing the Gabriel Reece prenatal workout DVD but I haven't done it in a while. I just try to walk and chasing around my 2 yr old is great exercise too! .?
every morning, i exercise my chest muscles by heaving over the sink (at 18 weeks, yeah, it's going on)
at around 2 in the afternoon i practice rectal contractions by trying to poop out a small tiny pooplette that feels like a mid-sized mammal.
in the evening, i practice meditation to alleviate the throbbing pain in my head
at bedtime, i do sprints to the toilet to pee (about 4 an hour) and then continue my chest exercises by coughing up lovely sinuses/post nasal drip phlegm.
it's a routine I'm proud to say is very personalized and strategic to building good awake patterns during the night.
God Bless our sweet baby James.

I do both and they are truly amazing. I go to prenatal yoga weekly at the Y and I also bought a DVD that is said to be great for labor. I am hoping to get DH to try it with me so he can learn the techniques. I'll keep you posted on that one. I also have a prenatal pilates DVD that is fabulous. It consist of five 10 minues segements that focus on different parts of the body. I try to do at least 10 min every day. Both activites really help by focusing on breathing, stretching, and relaxing.
Walk 30-45 minutes 3-4 days a week. 30 minutes kickboxing once a week. Eliptical trainer 30-40 minutes twice a week. Weights whenever I get around to it (usually once a week). Hand to mouth exercises with food all day every day.
walk almost every night, lift 10 lb weight 4 times a week, use my "leg master" 4 times a week <--the leg master works wonders! it works out every muscle in your legs n butt.

I am doing cardio/weights 5x per week, and yoga 3x.
I am still doing my regular yoga classes, but will probably switch to PN yoga eventually.
