Nanny/nannyshare/babysitter question

DH and I have decided that a non-daycare setting would work best for us since I will only be working 3 days a week (and they change) when I go back in Dec. Anyone have any advice for how to go about finding someone?

I found my current position through sittercity.com and if I'm out of a job soon I'd love to talk LOL... j/k I'll be telling the parent's after my next appointment and hope all goes well.

Ditto care.com. We found our current nanny and our soon to be new nanny through there. Sittercity is also another option, as well as enannysource. GL!
