Good morning... I didn't go back to your post to give you the fruit pizza recipe last night & I've got to get ready for work.
1 roll of refrigerated sugar cookie mix
OR
1 pouch Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix (made according to directions on the back)
8oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Fresh fruit (sliced strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peach slices, etc.)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 12" pizza pan and press sugar cookie dough onto the pan to form crust. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla on medium until fluffy. Spread onto cooled crust. Arrange the fruit on top & voila!
It's a light, summery (and quick!) dessert!
Re: Cowgirl - Fruit Pizza Recipe

LOL I was about to say the same thing! I think I may need to try this recipe when summer rolls around again!

Mmmm good idea! Even pineapple cream cheese sounds good... This recipe can be altered in so many yummy ways! And I don't mind the looky lou's!
