I hate to even ask...

but did anyone here pregnant before first PP showed up??

Stupidity on my part = asking these sorts of newbie-ish questions tonight. I promise I'm not normally like this. I know it's not hard to stop and put on a condom, just didn't happen. Hoping we didn't just put ourselves in a really tough situation.

TIA for responses, good or bad. I can take it!

    I did not, if it makes you feel better, and there were plenty of times we tempted fate =)  I'm sure you will be fine!  I did however get pregnant pretty much right after I stopped exclusively nursing (never got on any type of birth control after DS was born).

    I did. I was EBF'ing and must have ovulated but never got a period. I noticed I was feeling similar to how I felt with my pg, sure enough I was pg. We weren't trying but we weren't trying to prevent either.

    Thanks for the answers. I am not breastfeeding and feel like such an idiot b/c I really know better. I am going to be freaking out for the next couple of weeks or so...crossing my fingers that we got lucky and I will see AF soon. My pregnancy with #1 was filled with awful m/s in first tri and ended with me on bed rest due to pre-e and delivering at 34 weeks with DS spending 2 weeks in the NICU. Definitely planned on trying to wait about 3 years before we had another one. I am promising myself that if I get lucky and am NOT pregnant I will have an IUD put in stat...
