what size clothes should i bring for the baby for the hospital? ... Did your babies take newborn or 0-3 size??

..newborn, but she would've fit better into preemies but I refused to buy them. She was 5lb 14oz estimated 5lb 5oz at u/s 1 week prior.

Newborn, but I brought an outfit in both newborn and 0-3 just in case. Depends on how big the baby is.

Newborn. DS is just now getting to be too long for newborn clothes. He's 12 lbs and could still fit into newborn sizes if they were longer. He still fits into a few newborn things, but not many.

She needed newborn, her outfit was too big. She still wears newborn now!

DS was 6 lbs 11 oz and I took a nb outfit. Still too big. I had to actually get a few preemie outfits after we got home.

DS was 8.13 and wore newborn home from the hospital and probably for two weeks after we were home

NB dress but I did bring a premie outfit someone bought us from one of the showers. She definitely did not fit in that at 8lbs. 3 oz and 21 1/4 inches long!
