We have a Little Tykes play kitchen. I bought it at a kids' consignment store last month, so when Eve was 17 mos. She really seems to enjoy it. I bought her some little pots and pans from IKEA too. It's supposed to make sounds, but because of its age it doesn't anymore. Eve doesn't know that though and still enjoys it.
All that being said, I paid a lot less than I would've for a new one. And as much as Eve likes it, she really doesn't play with it on a daily basis. I would not pay full price for one.
We have the Grand Walk-In Kitchen by Step 2. I don't remember if we got it for Taya's 2nd or 3rd birthday. I leaning towards her 2nd.?
We're happy with it - no dislikes - and now both girls play with it. When my niece and nephews come over, they like to play with it too. They make up food signs as if it were a take-out restaurant or a snack shack.?
