I can't pump enough milk for my LO. One day I'll get 6 oz and 4 oz, the next I'll get 4 oz and 3 oz. What I manage to squeeze out of myself changes from day to day and LO will usually drink all I give him and more. Do I have any other options, besides supplementing with formula?

I had the same issue, and nothing worked for me, so I switched to formula-only after four weeks.
There's Mother's Milk Tea, and herbs you can try. I hope they work for you, but if they don't, don't feel bad about formula. It's food!
I'm in the same boat. I pump 5 times a day (3x at work, once in the morning and once after LO is in bed), and I am still usually at least half a feeding short. My freezer stash also got pretty low since I was constantly taking from there to make up for it. We eventually started supplementing with formula when what I had pumped the previous day was not enough. She only gets it after the BM runs out, and it's never been more than one feeding. I should say that when I am home, we do not supplement and she is perfectly fine.
Try to pump as much as you can, try fenugreek (it helped a little, but still not enough), drink lots and lots of water. And if there's still not enough, there is nothing wrong with adding a little formula for whatever is missing.
I'm in the same boat! IF I get lucky enough to pump 3 times a day I can get maybe 30 oz ... give or take a few oz's. but I have TWO to feed and DS drinks 4 oz + in ONE sitting at only 2 weeks ... I can NOT keep up with them and don't think I ever will
But try to pump more ... that's how I was able to get up to that amount
