nbr: really ramdom poll
so sometime back it came about that Dh and I were talking about fairy tales and I realized we learned very different endings to Snow White. So the ? is how does Snow White end? Later I'll tell you the endings dh and I have I want to see everyone's version 1st.

She bit an apple and "died" the dwarfs put her in a glass coffin, the prince came kissed her woke her up and they lived happily ever after...
This is the only ending I've ever heard.

Pretty much this. The only verison I know is the Disney movie and it has been a long time since I saw it.
I think the person who said something about a cliff and lightning maybe was thinking of Sleeping Beauty?
The only ending I know is the one that's pp's said.
okay so I"m the only one who didn't learn the Disney version. When I was a kid I never really watched tv and read alot and i have three different books that all have the same ending that is not the Disney version.
So I learned that Snow White ate the apple and fell into a deep sleep but the dwarfs thought she was dead so put her in a glass coffin. the prince rode by and fell in love w/ her even though she was dead and asked the dwarves if he could take her to his castle and the dwarves agree. As the dwarves are putting her coffin on the prince's wagon one trips and drops the coffin. Snow White falls out of the coffin spitting the apple out and waking up. She and the prince get married and live happily ever after.
DH knows the Disney version and MIL has a cross of the two where Snow White spits out the apple then the prince kisses her awake.
