I am literally going crazy trying to find a replacement so last minute... I wish I had thought of having a back up plan.

    Have you tried to contact her?  Maybe there was a misunderstanding about the date or something catastrophic happened?  I'd be worried about someone who came with good references just not showing up.

    Yes I tried to call her and I tried her references. None of them has responded. I am worried it was a hoax just to see the inside of my house to see if there was anything to steal...
