Dealing with leaking during the evenings?

My opposite breast has begun leaking when I BF. Not a huge deal during the day, when I'm wearing a nursing bra and pads...but what about at night?

The front of my nightgown is SOAKED. How do you deal?

I sleep in a nursing tank and pad - even after 6 months I still leak.

Thanks, ladies. I was hoping there was a better solution. Looks like I'm heading to Target tomorrow for some nursing tanks...

I still leak and DD is almost 8 months. I have a Medela sleep bra and it is very comfy. I think it was about $20 at BRU. I also have the Target nursing tanks and love them too.

Yep I either wear the nursing tank or a really comfy sleep bra from Motherhood.

I haven't had to use mine yet, but my SIL bought me a shower hug, which she swore by for her first baby. It says on the package that you can use it to prevent leakage at night in addition to protecting sensitive breasts in the shower.

I bought something called a Milkie ... it collects the dripping milk from the opposite breast. I collect an oz from each breast while feeding from the other.
