I still leak and DD is almost 8 months. I have a Medela sleep bra and it is very comfy. I think it was about $20 at BRU. I also have the Target nursing tanks and love them too.

I haven't had to use mine yet, but my SIL bought me a shower hug, which she swore by for her first baby. It says on the package that you can use it to prevent leakage at night in addition to protecting sensitive breasts in the shower.
I bought something called a Milkie ... it collects the dripping milk from the opposite breast. I collect an oz from each breast while feeding from the other.
