  I feel your pain...I work in Illinois and we do not have a budget as of this morning with the govenor threatening massive lay offs. Over the past two years we have not had raises, bonuses, etc and our benefits (what is left of them) just went through the roof.  I have been thinking about calling my boss to find out what is going on but don't want to ruin my leave.
