oh, and for those of you wondering if a 3d u/s is worth it...

I didn't even get a "real" 3d u/s today as I clearly am not far enough along. However, just having the time sit and just swoon over my baby was well worth the money. We only got a gender package which is a lot cheaper than the traditional 3d packages, and I already can not wait to go back. She did switch it over to 3d for us a couple of times and it was simply amazing, but the prints weren't very clear so she just gave usthe regular 2d. So in case you're going back and forth about it, I say do it. It's just not like sitting at the dr's while they take measurements and just do what they think is the "important" stuff (not that that stuff isn't important, but you know!!). It's really time I felt  that I got to spend with my baby, and it was worth every penny.

    The gender package I got today was $95.At first I thought it was ridiculous but so totally NOT when you think about what you spend $95 so easily and the time I got with my little guy today. The 3d packages range anywhere from $130-$325. the most expensive one comes with like a webcast, two 30 minute sessions, two dvds, two cd's with ALL 3d/4d pics, prints, a teddy bear with recording of the heartbeat, etc. I think we'll just get the cheapest one when we go back.

    I'd love to have a 3D u/s done but because of the cost I can't. We have already spent 5 figures to get pg w/ this little guy that we don't have the extra money for something like this.

    NOW if a family member was to give us the money for the 3D u/s then I would have it done. But I don't see that happening Sad
