My biggest lately is when people don't use the quote function efficiently. I don't want to scroll for an hour to get down to your response, then try and figure out which of the 84 posts you quoted is the one you're replying to.
Just go through and delete the stuff that's not pertinent, for heaven's sake.
What's your pet peeve?

if you can't figure out an insult other than "go back to your board" or "you forgot a comma!" then don't even try.
Yes!!! Uggggh. I hate the uterus checks.
I get upset when someone is just asking advice or sharing a feeling, and someone is sarcastic or rude. I think it's easier to just answer them or ignore their post if people can't be nice or helpful. Like someone being anxious about something that seems silly, and a whole bunch of ladies getting on the poor person's case about it.
Oh well... take the good with the bad I guess
This. I have enough rude and stupid people to deal with IRL So I refuse to fight with a rude one or comment on a stupid one.

My biggest pet peeve lately has been people who post things on certain boards when there is clearly a 'better' board for it. I'm not saying that 2nd triers shouldn't post on first tri etc, but, when people ask for advice about planning their weddings on a pg board... there's the knot for that! Or when people drive-by post their bfp's on a TTTC or TTCAL board. Really??? Post them on 1st tri, post them on BOTB.
Exactly!
I agree! Especially for the new moms who are super worried about little things that seem "obvious" to moms that have already gone through pregnancy and/or are already past that stage.
It drives me NUTS how often someone asks a question, and it's clear that the people who responded didn't read the whole question. I can't TELL you how many times I've seen something like the following:
OP: I really don't feel comfortable drinking coffee during my pregnancy. What's another fun drink at Starbucks that I could try?
Response 1: I love the Caramel Frapp! Yum!
Response 2: Just order the damn coffee!
Response 3: My doctor says it's okay to drink up to one cup of coffee a day.
Hello...the original poster wasn't asking whether or not caffeine/coffee is okay to drink. She's already made the decision for herself and was looking for input on other drink options! Telling her to order coffee isn't helpful!
Also, the constant judging.
I only want to tell people to go back to their board when they are 9 weeks along and are giving out bed advice to 2nd tri or making stupid comments. Other than that, do what you want lol. It's not like me or anyone else on these forums can stop you from going over to a different board.
I have to agree! Why be mean?
I get annoyed when people assume that correcting bad information or disagreeing with someone is being rude.
Name-calling and outright insults are not always necessary, but just because I don't agree with someone doesn't make me rude.
And ditto the quote function abuse.

People get so angry about the drama and the stupid questions yet those threads have the most views and the most replies... and usually get a secondary thread started about them too.
