Ya know, my friend/co-worker was just mentioning this chicken a few weeks ago. She called it Ritz Chicken. I am very interested to try it sometime. Let me know how it turns out!

INGREDIENTS: 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 2 cups Ritz cracker crumbs 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 clove garlic, minced 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1/2 cup parsley 1 cup butter or margarine, melted
2.Step 2
Blend cracker crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and parsley. Set aside.
3.Step 3
Melt butter. Dip each chicken breast in melted butter, then in cracker mixture. Arrange in a shallow baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Pour remaining melted butter over chicken.
4.Step 4
Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees. DO NOT turn! Delicious...
Oooh that does sound good! When my friend explained it, she said it was basically butter and ritz (boring). Does it come out kind of crispy?? I can't wait to try this!

I didnt have the cheese so I omitted it
