Babies: 9 - 12 Months

HOLY CRAP!

I finally joined the rest of you and bought the 30 day shred..got it in the mail yesterday. I did it for the first time today and it just kicked my a**! I am VERY overweight right now..but seriously? I thought I could do it..but I wasn't able to without stopping a few times. UGH.

I'll keep at it..I need to get back into shape..

    Jillian Michaels from the Biggest Loser, does a 20 minute circuit workout (strength, cardio, abs). There are three different levels of intensity.

    To OP, I just started it too and I was really surprised how intense it was. Granted, I haven't worked out since I was pregnant so I'm definitely out of shape. But I liked how it felt like I did something and it was only 20 minutes!

  • Stick with it! Once you get past the first few days it gets easier....and it also gets you results...at least it has for me.

  • OP- there is absolutely NO shame in stopping! Keep working hard and it will get easier, I promise. I consider myself in good shape and I popped in Jillian Michael's Cardio Kickboxing dvd on Sunday and I had to stop 12 minutes in because I nearly puked. It was so hard!

    Linds21-I have friends who had great success on P90X but frankly it scares me, LOL. And I love working out and I am still pretty intimidated to try it.

  • The only thing I shred are my documents. And pork. Gotta shred the pork to have carnitas.

  • the p90x is an hr workut 7 days a week... I cant keep up with it! I did it for 2 weeks & gave up.... This workout you girls aretalking about seems better for my schedule!
