I'm on a canning roll!
In fact, EVERYTHING is waiting for the water bathe to finish this batch so that I can do another.
Tonight's canning delites:
Almond Cherry Rhubarb Jelly
Strawberry Rhubarb Jam
Rhubarb Pie & Crisp Filling
What I canned already:
LOTS of Strawberry Jam
What I will can next:
Blackberry Jam (the bushes in my backyard are almost ripe!)
Blueberries (for muffins!)
And when my garden gets going:
Pasta Sauce (I put zuchinni in mine)
Sauerkraut
Green Beans
Wax Beans
Green/Wax Beans & Baby Red Potatoes w/ Onions
Salsa
Corn
Mixed Veggies (corn, greenbeans, carrots, baby red potatoes, onions)
Stew (mixed veggies, w/ okra, cabbage & tomatoes)
Dill Pickles
Sweet Pickles
Bread & Butter Pickles
And late in the summer I'll add in:
Apple Sauce
Apple Pie Filling
Candied Apple Rings
Apple Butter
Apple Jelly
Pears
Peaches
Cherries
Along the way I'll can:
Chicken Noodle Soup
Grape Jelly
Pumpkin
Add in anything else I can get my paws on locally that I don't grow myself ![]()

I wish I knew how to can, It would be a good talent to have IMO. I don't know know where I'd store all that you can though!

Losing it...Without Losing it
Freezer space. And if we lose power due to a snow storm, we don't risk losing so much food.
Besides, canned BBs are so yummy for muffins!
