He does 4 big 6 ounce bottles and two smaller bottles with solids. The last bottle before bed used to be a small bottle, but lately he drinks the whole 6 ounces.
DD #1 passed away in January 2011 at 14 days old due to congenital heart disease
DD#2 lost in January 2012 at 23 weeks due to anhydramnios caused by a placental abruption
I send three bottles to daycare. Two are 6oz and 1 is 3oz. I also send two cubes of solids (approx 2oz). She always drinks the two big bottles but doesn't always drink the smaller bottle. It depends on how long she naps. Her DCP gives the two big bottles after she wakes from naps. The smaller bottle is if she needs a snack before her first nap or if she needs a snack at the end of the day.
DD also nurses at 7am and 7pm and we give two cubes of solids at 5:30/6pm. Her schedule changed dramatically in June. We switched daycares and she started taking longer naps.
For her 6mo. the pedi said 24-28 ounces a day was good so she'd have about 4 six ounce bottles, sometimes one would be an 8 ouncer if she just seemed very hungry. HTH

4 bottles a day, 8-9oz. each. She usually eats around 7:00, 11:00, 3:00, and bedtime (6:30)
