  we got a "changing table" at jcpenney, but it has two drawers and three cubbies above that where we put in the canvas boxes as drawers for diapers, lotions, creams, etc.  I would go with something that has drawers and just put a changing pad on top of it.

  I have a dresser with a changer on the top of it. This is the best of both worlds because we have one less piece of furniture.

  We have a dresser with a changing pad on top...I don't think there's much point to a changing table.

  IMO I would get the dresser. You will soon realize that you will change LO where it is most convenient at the time.

  Alrighty! Looks like the consensus is clearly the dresser.  I will do that!  Thanx for all ur inupt.  Now I have to find one that isn't going to fall apart on me in a year.  The reviews for baby dressers all seem to be horrible.
