Funny response to "it's twins"

We've all gotten some very weird and sometimes rude comments... the other day I was in Walmart and an employee said "Number one for you?"

I said "No, numbers 2 and 3." and she paused and thought hard, and then jumped up and down and said "Yaaaay, doubles! Good job good job!"

That's cute! I'm amazed you are still able to get out and go to the store. I sit on the couch for half an hour and I can barely move my feet they are so swollen, not to mention the crotch pain and pressure. Good for you! I wish I could still get around to places!

She was so darn cute! And thanks- I have been incredibly lucky throughout both pregnancies. I have slowed down a little but having my 19 yr-old niece here to help out with DD has helped a lot. I hope you feel better!!

haha aww that is really sweet though! One lady heard we were having twins and DH and I were standing a few feet from each other at a cocktail party. She walked over to him and said "twins" in a disgusted tone. He said thanks they're mine! I think she was embarrassed, lol

LOL that is cute. I had 2 people ask me so far if this is my "first" and my response is something like "My first two!" and they just stare at me blankly until I say "It's twins...." LOL! But to be fair, both times it was elderly people and I shouldn't have tried to confuse them, hehe
