Frosting on brownies?!

Okay, so this is something that I just don't understand. Who puts frosting on brownies...and why?! They're not chocolate cake!

Arg. My bf brought me home some brownies the other night and he warned me that they were frosted and i asked him why and he said "because, eventhough they never sell them BECAUSE of the frosting, they insist on frosting them"...O.o How does that make sense?

I want my brownies...I dont want my teeth to fall out, i just want my brownies. *pout*

I like frosting on brownies. But then again, I like frosting on anything. I usually put powdered sugar on mine.

Now I want brownies.

I always put frosting on my brownies.

And whenever I make them for the girls at work they are GONE in a few minutes.... yummers

I dont mind powdered sugar on them...but I'm not a big fan of frosting to begin with...let alone the fact that it melts when you warm them up! >.<

I don't usually like frosting on brownies...but I made a batch of s'more brownies with marshmallow and chocolate frosting on top, and I'm pretty happy with them. They're just so rich I can only handle eating one at a time instead of 3....

See, you saying that makes me really wish these didn't have frosting on them...cause then I'd pop some marshmallows in the microwave on top of them and slap some graham crackers down...that sounds yummy.

DHs family puts frosting on their brownies. I think it kills it! They think I am weird bc I dont like frosted brownies. If I want frosting I will eat a cake. No one in my family ever puts frosting on their browines bc they make them moist enough that they dont need frosting to coat the nastyness. hahaha it's a war everytime I go over and they have brownies with frosting... they get mad at me for not eating them! lol ohhh well sorry I am just VERY picky about my brownies!!!

mmm i loooove frosting on any dessert! when DH and i were grocery shopping last night, we passed the frosting and i told him i wanted to eat a can of it right then. i was good and didn't buy any, but now you are making me want frosted brownies!
