i turn it down so I don't hear every whimper, just if she's really crying. While I'm sleeping I need it turned up loud so that if she's crying it wakes me up, but during sex, not so much.

Well, for the sake of not disgusting anyone, I should clarify that I can hear her if she cries. Our rooms are across the hall. I just don't need to hear her snoring or turning over while we're going at it, it's distracting. I wouldn't leave her crying in order to finish.

LOL add a air purifier, a ceiling fan, and a floor fan and our room couldn't get any louder
