We have some exciting news--we are adopting a baby from Korea, Lord willing. We are starting our home study process, and hope to have our paperwork complete and home visit done by the end of July.

Oh Karen this is wonderful news. I can't wait to follow the journey.?
?
That is such exciting news!!! I am so happy for you, adoption is an amazing journey. As an adopted child and someone who has worked in the adoption field since 2005, I have seen the ups and downs of adoption and met some amazing families (I am actually nesting when I should be working on a home study!) but it is such a great thing to do and I just want to say congratulations and that I hope your adoption goes smoothly and QUICKLY...I know the hardest part for our families is the waiting.
Also, for the agency I work for, which is my moms, i do all the home studies and post-adoption reports, so please feel free to ask me any questions if you have any, i am sure you have a great caseworker, but i am here Justin Case

Yay, Karen! You know that adoption is near and dear to my heart:-). Best wishes for you, Tanna and Kate as you embark on this amazing journey.
