Well we found out today that it's a girl, so we're doing an owl theme for the nrusery. I wanted to find a cute bedding with owls, but the only bedding that has owls is orange and brown, and very retro looking. So I was thinking of getting a bedding with maybe a design instead of a theme (like animals, butterflies, etc) Does anyone have any ideas of what bedding might go with owl decor? Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks!

Re: Owl Theme
Congrats on the little girl.
Did you see any of these?

IMO, many designs will go with owls...you just have to find the decor you want and colors and go from there.
Pottery Barn has bedding called Brooke, it has owls and is adorable. I am thinking of it for ourselves, if we have a girl/girls.

This is what i was going to mention too.
Also, you could get a dot or another subtle pattern or even solid, and then do all of your accessories in an owl theme.
Yeah, that's what I'm definitely going for. I just can't find a pattern that I like. I'm going to devote tomorrow afternoon to searching for the perfect bedding haha!
I found this bedding that I think would be cute with some owls. What do you all think?

I am a HUGE owl lover, and when we found out we were having a little girl I spent months looking at literally every store (online and in person) that I came across to find the perfect bedding. I came up with this:

Sadly, I couldn't justify spending that much on crib bedding when my mother had offered to pay for it, so I chose something else. Regardless, it is all hand embroidered and I thought it was beautiful. If you haven't picked something yet and like it, I'd try searching for it on sale somewhere - it's been around for a while now.
