Well...which Italian dressing?

That's the part that I think can make it or break it.

Is there a certain brand that you like, or maybe I should make it from scratch?

i either use zesty italian or i get the good seasonings packets and put it in the cruet but instead of using the regular vinegar, i use balsamic vinegar and it makes it nice and tangy.

I like Kraft Zesty, Kens or the packets you mix yourself.

I like the roasted red pepper or the zesty one for my pasta salad.

I forgot to add...that it's all to taste, so if the RRP Kraft dressing tastes a little too strong, just add some olive oil.

Oh and a tip. Cool the pasta before dressing. Otherwise the pasta absorbs all the dressing and it tastes like nothing.
