At 5 weeks, she would wake up 1-2 times per night and only take 2oz or so before she fell back to sleep.

Mine wakes up 1-2 times but I am not sure how much she takes - I BF.

At 5 weeks, we were getting up at like 11, 1, 3, and 5..and she would take 2.5-3 oz

He would wake up once a night and eat 3 oz.

At 5 weeks, she was up all the time. I don't know how much she took because I BF. She still gets up 3 times a night.?

Wow, my daughter is a beast! She takes 5 oz every 3-4 hours! Then during the day she likes to cluster feed, sometimes every 2 hours. I don't remember how much my other 2 were doing at this stage, but I thought 5 oz sounded like alot.

We are almost at 5 weeks with our preemie but I swear he eats like a regular newborn. Wakes every 3-4 hours to eat and takes about 2.5 to 3oz each time. He eats more often during the day usually but sometimes still the same amount. We started cutting him off at 3 when spit up became an issue. The downside is that he wakes up between feedings at night for a diaper changes so we feel like we are usually up every hour sometimes. This kiddo does NOT like sitting in a dirty diaper. Can't blame him I guess!

DD started sleeping through the night from around 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. or so around 5 weeks. If she got up she breastfed, but I'm guessing she ate around 3 ounces or so.
