Pain during ovulation? (Clomid side effect?)

I have felt horrible cramp-like pains for the past 48 hours.  I should have ovulated during that time period.  I am also on my first cycle of Clomid.  Could this be a side effect?  Any other ideas on why I might have felt so painfully bloated and ache-y?

    sounds like normal clomid s/e...     i would even have what felt like ovarian pain during the 2ww on clomid.    but if the pain is severe and doesn't stop soon, i would definitely call your doctor.     

    and clomid is also notorious for causing bloating.     it sucks...        but hang in there!   and good luck to you.

    Gotts love clomid.  I then crampedduring my 2ww as well.  I think I cramped on and off for 3 weeks before AF came.
