I love it. It's quick, and tough, and you break a real sweat. You can buy it from Amazon. DH can do it with you, my BF does it with me. I suggest you start with 3 or 5 pound weights, and have your DH start with 8 or 10's. There are some exercises where you feel like the 5's aren't enough, but then there are some where the 3's are too much. I have been seeing results too, so I can tell you first hand, that it works well.
What about daily? Not that I'm going to start now! Just something for me to think about once I have my baby. I see some GP'ers do it daily and others when they can like every other day or what?

I did it with 5 pound weights the first time, and couldnt move my arms for a week! The next time I used soup cans and dh made fun of me... but they worked!

I was told to do it every other day or else it is too much. So I'm planning on doing some yoga/pilates or light aerobics on the off days.
I do it about 6 times per week. I think I'd burn out if I did it more than that.
I am in the middle of level 3 and see results. I suggest measuring yourself before starting level 1 and then again at the end. I've lost about an inch off my waist, and inch off my hips, and an inch off of each thigh so far.
Be prepared to be sore but the work out is fun and it is always changing every 2-3 minutes so you won't get bored!
If you go to Target or Walmart to get it, it is in the workout section, not the section with the DVD's and CD's. Good luck!
What type of exercises do you do? Is it like aerobic type?
There are 3 different segments: strength, cardio, and abs. There are 3 levels, and each level has a set of those 3 segments, and then each segment has 2 exercises that you do twice each. I know that sounds so confusing, and I guess it can be, but once you see it, it makes much more sense. There are some videos on YouTube of the program if you wanted to see it.
