chest pains

in 1st Trimester

i'm about 6w pg and for the last couple weeks i've been experiencing pretty severe shortness of breath most of the day...i.e. not just after strenious (sp?) activities.  today it's coupled with minor chest pains.  i have a dr. appt. this afternoon, but i was just wondering if anyone else experienced anything like this...i'm nervous/scared.

    I didn't have chest pains, but I did have shortness of breath. I would walk up the stairs in our house to talk to DH, and be out of breath when I got there. It has gotten better.

    It might be heart burn.  I started getting heart burn last year and I originally thought I was having a heart attack, but it ended up being just good ole heart burn.  I hope this is the case for you :)
