this cycle has to be "protected" because i'm having a test for endo along with my HSG at the end of it. i'm sort of happy because i don't have to stress about it, but at the same time it seems more stressful because i know nothing will happen.
if you've had to have a protected cycle, how did you relax about it? we're going on vacation during what would be my fertile window, so it really sucks that we can't take advantage of it. my DH seems really crabby about it.?

Re: how do you make it through a "protected" cycle?
well, this cycle wasn't intended to be "protected" for us, but I had a bad pack of OPKs and the RE confirmed through u/s that we missed our window (we were going to do an IUI and were abstaining a few days leading up to it--so no IUI or sex ended up happening at the right time)
It absolutely sucks, but I am trying to just focus on the fact that it's the first 2ww in over a year that I've not been on pins and needles, wondering "am I? ?am I? am i?" ?
I have promised myself not to look at the calendar or my chart or anything until I start my period. ?It's actually really refreshing to just let it all go for the next couple of weeks and start fresh in July.
