  I dunno... I know at 23 weeks it's about 1 1/2 inches above belly button, and 20 weeks it was at my belly button...

  at my 14 week vcheck up she said she felt it up to about an inch below my belly button.  The u/s tech said at 20 weeks it's normally at your belly button.
