random bday vent & IVF update

not only is my bday on Father's Day this year so this spoiled girl has to share her bday with DH, Dad, and FIL, but my egg retrieval (for my IVF cycle) just got scheduled for that morning. woo-hoo :-(

oh well, hopefully it'll all be worth it...

    :) happy early birthday! Can you celebrate it on Saturday? (Jenna's birthday is the same day as yours and we're pretending it's on Saturday so DH can have his first Father's Day)

     I hope your DH is able to give you time to celebrate you in addition to all the other stuff.

    And I hope your birthday egg retrieval is well worth it.

    Thanks...hoping it will be a lucky day as well (actually I was originally hoping that the timing would work out so that the transfer was on my bday because I felt somehow that would be lucky). We're trying to find a sitter so we can go out for my bday on Saturday night, but decided on that a little last minute so we'll see.

    I'm sorry you have to share your birthday!  I was wondering how the IVF process was going and am glad to hear it is getting down to business.  :)  I hope the birthday luck gives it that extra something special that makes it all work.

    And you should totally celebrate your birthday teh day before.  Like the 24 hours before you were born.

    I am hoping that it being on your birthday AND father's day will mean it is an extra lucky day! I will be sure to send you extra good vibes that morning for lots of mature good quality eggs!

    Boo! Sharing birthdays stinks...mine falls on Mothers day sometimes.
