Today I would be 12 wks 1 day according to my LMP. ?But my NT scan showed the baby measuring at 12wks 4 days. ?Do you change your EDD whenever the Dr does or keep your original? ?
After my NT scan, I changed my ticker and my EDD. But then I felt bad about it because I liked my original EDD so I changed it back. Plus I heard that the first u/s is the most accurate for dating so I'm keeping the original date and hoping I deliver a week early.
After 2 m/cs, dx October 2008 with hetero factor v leiden & mthfr & low progesterone; third time was the charm - BFP 3/19/09 on first cycle of clomid.
I am measuring ahead ( a week) of my edd based on my lmp and my doctor is still keeping the original. However, if my doctor changed it I would start going by the new date.
I've never changed mine. Of my 4 u/s, only one has matched up with LMP, two were behind and the most recent was ahead. Since there's margin of error, I wouldn't change it.
I changed it once. My LMP was Dec1 but when I went in for my 1st u/s they said I was measuring 4 days ahead. It had changed a couple times since then by like a day or so so I have just kept it as the same date I received during the 1st u/s. They say it changes a lot for people (by just a few days usually) so not to be too tied to it. But most people will change it if they measure ahead than if they measured behind if that helps
When I went in for my first u/s I was measuring a day behind so my dr changed my EDD, but I kept my ticker based on my O date. I'm glad I didbecause when I had an u/s done at 13 weeks I was measuring ahead! I figure where my ticker is (and my original EDD) is prob most accurate so I'm sticking with that.
