Sticky vs Creamy CM

Ok I get the dry, wet and EWCM, those to me are pretty easy to figure out but today I have come white almost flakey/cream CM that seems to be drying in my underware...would you consider that sticky then? I am assuming yes, but with it being white I just want to be sure :) Thanks ladies

    i would say sticky because it dried and was flakey
