My last wedding

I do wedding photography on the weekend and yesterday was my last one till after baby is born! I know I am missing out on a lot of money, but it is hard to carry around all the weight of the camera/equipment, standing with no breaks for 8 hours, then editing photos while being pregnant! Yesterday was hard enough since it hovered over 100 degrees and we did a lot of outdoor shots. Glad I am taking a break. Are there any jobs you are refraining from while being pregnant?

Yesterday was my last day at work. I worked at Target and was constantly on my feet the entire day. The only time I could sit was during my 15 minute break (or when I had to pee). My lower back, hips, and feet just couldn't take it anymore.

Haha, me neither, or give DD a bath, that is Daddy's job since I can't reach over the whirlpool tub!

I work(ed) in a lab, I had to be on my feet all day so even before i got put on bed rest i was opting out of things that would be harder to do. Like going out and testing the air in clean rooms. Its wicked fun and you get to go to all these different companies and hospitals but i just couldn't do it any more.

Good for you to make it so long- sounds hard!

Well, I am teacher. Not at all impossible to teach while pregnant but really hard. I taught all the way through with #1 and hated the last few months. So glad it just worked out for me that school ended shortly after I entered 3rd tri.
