We hadn't decided. I wanted Gabriel. I think my husband's favorite then was either Samuel or Finn.
Our 2nd choice for a boy was Finn. It's still at the top of our list for the next one. It is the only name that actually connects both heritages for us- Scandinavian and Celtic. I love it!
DS is Ethan Timothy. He was a surprise and if he had been a girl, his name would have been Natalie Ann.
We found out that we are having a DD this time. I wanted to start fresh on her name because I had compromised on Natalie and really wanted another name. DD is going to be Allison Christine. Before we found out she was a girl, we had the boy name picked out...Benjamin Christopher.

Currently listening to: The Dark Divine by Bree Despain my currently-reading shelf:
Jacques Craig would have been Lillian Rae or Adeline Rae. Hadn't quite decided. I was going to name her Adeline if she had red hair.
But, I let my husband name the boy as that was our deal for TTC. He got to name the boy and I got to name to girl. No questions asked and no complaining.
We call him Jack and spell his NN as Jack. Lots of people think his name is pronounced Jack and we spell it like Jacques, um no...
Connor Michael. That name is off the list now because it feels like it belonged to baby #1 before we found out she was our baby girl. Anyone else feel that way?
DS would have been Isabella Rose. I'm so glad that we had a boy. I have a feeling there are going to be a lot of Isabella's or Bella's now because of Twilight. If our next one is a girl, I'm going with Paige Rose - Rose for my mom.
Julia Rose was our girl name. I don't know if we will use it in the future. My mom loved the name so if we ever have a girl I am torn if we should still use it. My middle name, Kay, is after my grandmother who died before I was born and I like the idea of using my mom's name for a middle name if wwe ever have a girl...Pamela.

DH and I never agreed so when we found out we were having a girl at 20 weeks we stopped. I can only hope that next time if we do have a boy we can make up our minds before he is born because we didn't agree on anything but girls names last time.
If a boy, Emerson would most likely been Cooper....we're not so hot on it any more. I have no idea what boy name I will choose. Clark has to be in it wheather it's a boy or a girl.

Kyle Robert. We knew for years what our boy name would be, so of course we ended up with a girl! And we didn't decide on her name until like the week before she was born.
If Lucy was a boy he would have been Edmond Archimedes But we don't like that anymore and so if we have a boy he will be Dexter James (DJ) or Harley James which are family names.
My Book BlogA Lucy, a lost tube, two lost babies, and another on the way!
Connor Michael. That name is off the list now because it feels like it belonged to baby #1 before we found out she was our baby girl. Anyone else feel that way?
Yup. Mason was *this* baby's name. If we have a DS next time it will be Everett.

Dylan would have been Hailey Madison. I was a !00% sold on it, so I was glad it was a boy. Next time I would have to do some more thinking! I do like Mason or Blake for another boy

Connel William (sticking with the Irish theme). We will use it for DC#2 if it's a boy (and I'm thinking it is....such a different pg). I have loved the name since I read a book with it in it.
It's hard as a teacher....I find a name that I love, and then I end up with a student who is horrible with that name, and then it's hard to use that name (William is a perfect example...I love the name, and it's a family name, but I have yelled it way too many times in the past three months, that I could never name my child that).
Ryan would have been Amelia Maeve. I think we are still going with Maeve if this is a girl, but like pp said, Amelia seemed to belong to Ryan and I don't want this baby starting off with a hand me down

DH is Benjamin Krystofer. lol
Oh, and Jared would've been Alissa Catherine (do not like Alissa at ALL anymore).
Camden would've been Grace Caroline (eh, it's dull).
I refused to believe that I'd have twin boys and never did choose two boy names with C&E, so Emilia was always just Emilia Catherine.
We never really came to a firm decision on boy names, since we didn't have to. They were a lot harder for us than girl names!
First name: either Luke or Lincoln
Middle: either Edward or Thomas
That's about as close as we got.
